Built From the Ground Up
For nearly three decades, I've done the hard work of building businesses and mortgage companies from the ground up. I've hired the teams, created the systems, weathered the markets, and learned what separates the companies that plateau from the ones that keep climbing.
Along the way I noticed something: the owners closest to their business often have the hardest time seeing it clearly. When you're entrenched in the day-to-day, the gaps, bottlenecks, and untapped opportunities blend into the background.
